He posted a pair of used shoes as size 9.5 but sent me a pair that were 10.5. When I do a refined search and indicate I was looking for a 9.5 size shoe the search results should only show shoes that size. The seller posted the item as a 9.5 but it was actually 10.5. His fault but nobody's perfect so I kept the shoe.
