The pellets are much heavier and have a kind of round body compared to the OEM pellets. These stay in the car box where they belong! I have had maybe a dozen leave the box on my cat's feet, right on the collecting mat and right back in the litter box. The litter box functions normally and the amount will last me for months. My first box was lost in the mail for a month. I contacted the seller who responded to me quick and was extremely polite. They sent me another 10 lbs at no cost. They eventually refunded the purchase price and sent an additional quantity. So from that standpoint they went above what was required to resolve the issue. However, I first contacted the seller about the shorted order and after 24 hours they had still not responded.
