        I am a 65yr old woman who has not exercised for a very long time.I must be doing something wrong as,despite the fact that I have used this machine for 15mins not 30secs,I am not finding the exercises difficult at all.I have no core strength and do not find the exercises hard at all and do not feel any aches the following day.Is this right?Also,the instructions say I should be able to adjust the height of the foot pedals but I do not have any silver bits to press to do that on mine
