Unfortunately they let themselves down by using a company called XL Couriers who refused to deliver because I was too remote, l live on the UK mainland!! After a lot of emails back & forth, EcoFlow arranged for FedEx to intercept and amazingly they delivered without any fuss at all the day after they collected. I would suggest EcoFlow that you use reputable couriers in the future to preserve your excellent reputation.
