    my wonderful vax.

    I have tried many vacuum cleaners over the years, but , of course cordless are a reasonably new thing. my very first one was a cheapy from a well known supermarket, did the job and it was'nt bad. Then came my first Vax. Could not believe how much dust came up that that the old one had left behind, it was brilliant. Not too heavy, good suction, reliable, pretty good battery life, loved it. When it conked out, I decided to try another well known brand that people rave about on Tv ads and I HATED it. It was clumsy, too heavy for my arthritic hands, did'nt fit very well in small spaces cos the brush head was quite large, and it did not get all the bits up on a sculptured carpet !! No thank you, not for me and it was stashed away in a dark cupboard. where I would've needed to be if ...

    Surprising good refurbished Vax 5+++

    I am surprised with this Vax, it is more powerful than I expected. I had a Dyson which after years of use, finally decided to stop working. I am not in a position to buy another one so thought I’ve try a refurbished Vax. Such great value and the power is great, I would say this is surprisingly good. It is heavy, I have MS and some days my strength is not there to manoeuvre it about. The dust collector is awkward to empty and not easy as a Dyson. Overall I am pleased with my purchase and does the job of cleaning up after 2 dogs. My rugs look better than they have in years, the drive head tool is the best.

    Brilliant and reliable.

    I have purchased three vax hoovers, pet one for myself, son and friend. Normally I would of used my shark. Until I used the Vax I would never change for anything, it's light and easy to manoeuvre. I'm a pensioner so purchasing the Vax was easy to do and price very reasonable. I would give more stars this product is perfect and if you are looking to buy a hoover I would recommend this one.
