      I add this to my coffee and blend it. Makes it creamy and it looks like a late without the use of dairy. It also has many other health benefits. Awesome service and price. Don't worry about the date. Its sealed. :)

      Very thin & watery .. I’ve used MCT oil for many years ,, yet never this brand. ( what could be different). I was to find, that it’s not the quality I’ve been used to. .

      Supplement oil.

      This oil has been a healthy addition to my diet. It is good value and was delivered promptly. From experience, I would recommend that persons new to it's consumption start with two teaspoons in the morning. Starting off consuming too much, can cause digestive discomfort. Increase dose to two tablespoons in a week. A great supplement.
