The reason for the 4 out of 5 is because the DVD was sent in a paper envelope with no padding or bubble wrap and could have got damaged. Luckily it didn't this time but with other sellers I have had to return items when proper packaging has not been used and get a refund. I would pay more for better packaging. Otherwise good experience. Thank you.
