    Paid £5 for First Class delivery but was sent Second Class. The seller tried to blame the busy Christmas period for the delay, but all became clear when the item eventually arrived. When quizzed the seller said it would have cost 57p more to send First Class, so rather than being out of pocket for his mistake, he preferred to use a cheaper service which ultimately meant I overpaid and had to wait longer than promised.
