Packaged very carefully with tissue paper, bubble wrap and a strong cardboard box, but very sadly an ear tip did not survive the Royal Mail delivery system and he arrived damaged. Contacted the seller who couldn’t have done more. Full refund or money off purchase price offered and accepted. Dragon has now been professionally restored to his former glory.
