    Excellent Book to ready and have a high lighter pen next to you. References you will use in your Real Estate Investing. I started listening to the audio and caught myself taking notes, so I book the book so now I highlight the areas vs. writing notes in a separate binder.

    Eye Opener!

    This book is chock-full of tips to make money in real-estate. I don't get the feeling whatsoever that it is a, 'get rich quick' book. The author explains the information in a way that is compelling and not intimidating. Great read. I recommend it!
