Messaged seller to ask them to chase which they agreed to do. Eventually I received a card from RM saying unable to deliver as item underpaid so I went online, paid the excess/sort redilvery which delayed due to BH. Postie explained what had happened due to underpayt told seller who refunded me so all ended well 5*

    Card came in a plastic bag with cardboard stuffing, card was not in a top loader or a sleeve at all. Was diverted to my local post office as shipping was not paid in full, the card arrived bent with a massive crease down the middle, edges of the card are in much worse condition that stated in the photos. Did not come as described. Don't not buy from this seller
