Items were double boxed with foam and wrapped in tissue, seemingly very safe. Unfortunately, one of the glasses was broken in the box. I contacted the seller who immediately resolved the issue to my satisfaction. However unfortunate the circumstances, the experience was still pleasant and I am pleased with the transaction and the 5 beautiful glasses I received.
