Shipping was extremely fast but the item came loose in a plastic bag tied in a knot inside the mailing envelope. also, I had sent the seller a message and requested the GIA that was supposedly available according to the post and the response I got was no GIA available. I actually sent him two messages on the subject and he didn’t return the answer of no GIA available until after I had already paid for it. I will keep the stone but not happy about no GIA
