      When I purchased my first item from this seller I was satisfied with the condition and fast postage and I was more then happy to buy from her again however on the second item I purchased I was disappointed as it was stated as NEW however when arrived it was in filthy used condition when I told her she gave me quite arrogant response without even saying sorry? So she issued me a full refund which I didn’t ask for all I want it to return it to her. So I donated this item to charity.

      I am sorry you felt so aggrieved by your purchase I honestly did not check when I was given to believe it was new but I can not understand such aggresion it was a dog bowl which you paid £2 and I was more than happy to refund has you will note I am an excellenrt ebayer who would not knowingly send out any item if it is not in good or new condition my ratings were very high until this comment please do not buy from me again I cannot stand aggresive people Regards Pauline
