    You need to use this company if you need a remote control replacement! I ordered a new remote and there was a problem but the seller instantly told me it was out of stock and suggested an alternative new compatible remote which was slightly cheaper. They refunded the difference in money and sent through the alternative new replacement which worked perfectly...just as they said it would!     worth every penny

    works spot on with a series 7 65" not genuine but very good copy we always have one each no arguements then so have the original the most obvious differences no samsung on batt cover coloured buttons a slightly different shade the actual remote doesnt look smooth but more carbony than the original no samsung logo no batteries included with mine just a plastic bag inside a jiffy bag so not over protected but arrived safely very happy with it for the money

    Put the batteries in and off you go

    New smart tv remotes are too clever for their own good. Could not for the life of me get two of them to control the volume on my new set or control my soundbar, and to use other options you need at least two button presses and a lesson in how to use it whereas with this 'old fashioned' version one button suffices and no problem with volume control. A case of if it isn't broke don't fix it. Buy this instead
