    Printer delivered in factory box but not factory moulded packing. Damage on outside of box. Senders packing protected the printer but CD in three pieces. Down loaded CD from factory site and it works a treat. To be fair the box looks like its been dropped on a kerb stone. The delivery people in this country leave much to be desired.
