    Printer delivered in factory box but not factory moulded packing. Damage on outside of box. Senders packing protected the printer but CD in three pieces. Down loaded CD from factory site and it works a treat. To be fair the box looks like its been dropped on a kerb stone. The delivery people in this country leave much to be desired.     Good printer, good features but be aware!

    Good printer with some excellent features for the price. (Document feeder, auto double sided printing and apple air print, to name a few) However be aware this only works with genuine HP ink cartridge's. During the process of signing up to the trial of instant ink HP managed to brick the original setup ink cartridges over the air. So no printing till the Instant Ink replacement ones came, then miraculously once those arrived and were installed it fully kick’s into life. HP should be better than this!
