One minor problem was encountered with Delivery - FedEx delivered package to business (down the road) instead of my home address. I retrieved the package and all is good!     Overall good value for the item and free shipping is a plus. Item was new as described and the exchange process was smooth as I’ve received the replacement in a timely manner. Good communication with the seller. Placed another order for one but apparently it got lost between the label being created and it being received by FedEx as I got a notification with a tracking number and everything so not sure what happened there. Tired to reorder and they had no more so that was a bummer.
