Not 'entry level' Joni; a very interesting, valuable and significant release nevertheless.
It's ideal for those who love Joni Mitchell's music, Not a good starting point - perhaps 'Clouds', 'Ladies of the Canyon' or 'Blue' would be best placed as a prelude to her more original, ground breaking and wonderfully eclectic music.This is really of value to those, whom like myself, thought that they really knew Joni Mitchell's music. Expensive, but then there is a lot of it and that is only the early year's Vol 1 - presentation and notes are of a high standard, the quality of the music and its recording are exceptional.
