    Excellent movie...very realistic view of two lonely people who dwell on the outer circle of society but find each other , and find the love they desperately desire.

    One of my favorites

    I saw Marty years ago and was blown away by the beauty and simplicity of the film. Ernest Borgnine is absolutely incredible in this movie and well deserved of the 1956 Academy Award for Best Actor. 1956 Academy Award for Best Picture.
