    As described. Packaging was beat up, but keyboard inside was brand new. Shipped quickly and arrived on time. A little expensive for a non-rechargeable keyboard, when shipping is considered, but I suppose that is more a sign of the expensive culture we live in than anything about eBay sellers.     Small but with large print features easy to use

    Awesome. A great product for my elderly mother who is 94 and it has been very difficult for her to change channels on the tv and the volume. This works perfect.

    Less stress for mom

    Purchased this for my mom in assisted living. It was great that only the channels she is interested in could be programmed in. Due to Covid, we had to have the facility program it and I think it may have taken some time. She is much calmer now about tv and seems content with the new remote.
