    Item is in excellent condition, as described. The only thing I didn't like & is very important. It was a DVD inside it's case however it was shipped in a plain white plastic non bubble wrap envelope. I could also hear the actual DVD jiggling around inside it's case before opening it. Thankfully it wasn't cracked, damaged but whoever packed this shipment should have made sure the actual DVD was securely "locked" on the center spindle on the inside of the DVD casing itself. The cd was described as good and I think that that description was understated. I thought the cd was in very good condition. As such it was well worth the price. I am very happy with my purchase.     A phenominal book, full of practical wisdom in healing.

    Simply an amazing book by two fabulous authors. Better than a good read, highly needed info in our current world full of chemicals, GMO's, dyes, unnatural food colorings, preservatives, growth hormones, contaminated skies, water & soil, and radiation all around us..We all need healing as does our planet.

    An alternative to medications

    I have been on many medications for several years and am finally frustrated over the adding of more by the medical professionals. I am not a doctor, nor do I claim to be, but I truly feel the need to start trying to take charge of some of the med list trimming and see if I can feel better without all the foreign additives to my body. Several friends suggested meditation. I am in the process of learning and so far I don't see any changes to how I feel, but I feel better mentally because I find I more relaxed. I feel that over the course of several weeks of practicing the principles provided in this book, I will easily adapt to ceasing some of the medications. Then, I will probably feel even better because of the money I am saving. So far....I am very pleased. Thanks!!
