    Faster speed obtained

    I been paying for charter internet and speed wasn’t great even though I was paying for it. Had a tech notion come out and he confirmed my reasons why it wasn’t working as fast as it should be... the router. Their router ran well for 1 level home but at having just moved into a 2 level condo the reach suffered upstairs. So I did some researching and stumbled on mesh routers that handled 2.5 and 5 ghz networks, but are more on the bit pricey. Luckily i found one on eBay to test it out and it wouldn’t hurt my wallet too much. So far it’s been great the speed is at maximum and reaches the upstairs easily since it’s 1,200 sf this 1 mesh point is enough but I could add a second point later if we add more smart home devices which is great because we could move to a larger home and this system ...

    Hate it

    This would be great if it would work with my stuff. I have an Att U-verse modem, a bunch of Apple stuff, fire sticks and an Xbox. In theory and according to the Google tests, it (should) work great. But in reality, it does not. After a few hours with the help desk working on it, it still doesn’t work. My son, who works on networks for his job, says it should work. It does not. So, when I do get it to work, it works for a while then drops and I get the message No Internet Connection. The kids have asked me to connect them to the other WiFi, which is the one I’m trying to get rid of. And the message I got back from the “experts” was, nobody else has that problem. So, buyer beware and keep your boxes.

    Wow this thing is awesome!

    Upgraded from Tenda Nova to this and difference is night and day. Before I was lucky to get 20m connection off a 200m pipe but now on Google mesh I get around 100m no matter what I'm on. I also get network management features non existent on Tenda.

    Far and away the best "mesh" wifi system for your money!

    I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this router system and I could not be more happy with the product. This may be my favorite electronic purchase ever. It is super easy to setup and manage. In the two weeks that I have been using this device, I have not had a single interruption of service. This is something that I was constantly dealing with from the old router system. Go get one (or 3)!

    Works Great - No Regrets

    Ordered two of these units. One acts as router, the other as a "wifi point".Both units were easy to install. I was up and running within 30 minutes. The improvement in reception for my YouTube TV was obvious. I recommend this Google product without reservation. It has turned out to be great replacement for my outdated router.
