#We don't confuse our pricing with additional postage charges for UK customers. All postage is free with the majority of our stock.
 
#We always pick and dispatch orders the day they are ordered up to 3:30pm GMT. We have two Royal Mail collections each day; one in the morning and one in the evening to ensure all orders are dispatched the same day.

    Good product for the money

    These casings worked great. They were very durable and we are able to get roughly 4-5 pounds per foot and a half of casing. The convenience factor for these style casings is huge. No soaking, rinsing, or untangling like when you use the natural casings. Overall, a good product to use.

    All Beef Sausage

    Lamb casings might have been better in dealing with shrinkage. Two hours in a offset smoker using maple/birch and will use sous vide to finish off.
