Better than RF connection but video imagine flickers
Price is cheap, the lead is long enough, the quality audio/video is far better than RF connection BUT I have to say that isn't perfect and video imagine on screen flickers. Not so bad but it's flickering. I don't know if it's because this lead, my tv or what. But for £4.99 delivery 24h I can't complain

Exactly the Cable I Needed
I can finally play my old Mega Drive games once again. I had almost lost hope of ever being able to use my old console with a modern TV, having tried the aeriel RF connection with three different TVs and having no luck. I plugged this cable in and it works perfectly. No messing around with tedius hit or miss tuning. This cable makes life a lot simpler and the picture and sound quality are great.

Letting old console play with new technology
I’ve managed to keep my old Megadrive in full working order over the years, but as new technology moves forward it has been increasingly difficult to use the console with modern TVs - think trying to use an RF output with equipment no longer designed to receive analogue broadcasts. I’ve just hooked up this little cable to my new HD smart TV (bought this week) and straight out of the parcel it works perfectly. Old meets new
This cable has given my old Sega Megadrive a breath of life. It's much less hassle for plug and play sessions, it uses the red,white and yellow AV plug. This gives it a cleaner image and sound, it doesn't upscale or do anymore for the picture but it's never looked better either. It has future proofed my old tech, for the time being.
