Sent a faulty turbo ! Cost me over £100 in labour costs and wasn’t interested when contacted them , tried to blame my car when it was obvious the turbo was leaking air . Terrible customer services , will never ever shop with these again

Turbo is failing.
The turbo arrived quickly, and they were really helpful every step. I had the turbo replacement installed at a professional garage, Everything was done as instructed. Unfortunately the turbo is failing... lots of black smoke and a whistle noise when accelerating.
