    Mid-position power head and valve.

    A genuine Honeywell power head and associated control valve, purchased as a replacement for an existing unit. The previous Honeywell powerhead had failed, after about 25 years of service, because the central heating system had been set to heating for about a year and 6 months while the hot water relied on the immersion heater. I now understand that even when the system is not running during the summer the power head motor remains energised and hot, and eventually the return spring would not pull the motor and valve back to the hot water position. Only the power head has been replaced, the valve is a standby spare. Hopefully this genuine Honeywell replacement unit should last at least as long as the original, I have learnt now always to run the hot water system as the last thing each day ...

    Good item. Brand new item. Good price

    unit arrived registered post. I have only used the top electrical bit so far. Fitting this was easy and appears to have fixed the issue on my central heating. Once the lockdown has finished I hope to change out the valve, but a bit apprehensive about changing it out, as if something goes wrong, there is no where open to get any items. My CH engineer is in 12 week lock down too.

    just a simple to fit, replacement.

    Having had one of these valves fitted in my heating system for over 20 years, and with a trouble free life, I can now feel confident, (having just fitted the new one) that I can rely on another 20 years of problem free service. I'm sure there are other good products out there, but in my case it's better the devil you know

    genuine ,first class product

    Replaced a same part number faulty honeywell valve and as I only needed the electric parts of the valve the whole job took 15 mins. as I didn't need to drain the system so well pleased ,o.k. I do consider myself lucky that it was the valve that was faulty as I,m no plumber but after looking on youtube I felt quite confident so saved myself a fortune in plumbers labour and cost.

    Great product excellent price

    this was a direct replacement for my central heating which was causing my radiators to be hot upstairs, when I only had water switched on, it was fitted and straightaway th problem was solved. Now cenral heating is back to working properly
