Hi,Sorry to hear about this. If you had contacted us eariler or at all we would have been able to take action as your dye was posted in good time. As you did not contacted us we were unaware of a delivery issue.I have looked at the postage reciept and can see that the dye was indeed late at being delivered.We have contacted Royal Mail as to why but they are unable to offer an explanation and just state that they can see it has been delivered and offered an apology as do we...BL
