Item advertised incorrectly. Seller notified and accepted incorrect description. Reduction in cost offered to me but refused as item not fit for purpose. Agreed goods to be returned. I requested a return paid label but seller refused to pay P&P. I am out of pocket £4.69 postal cost plus additional packaging cost. I should not be out of pocket for an error made by seller. Would not use again.
I do not normally leave negative feedback but have no choice on this occasion. Bad business practice.

The sequin trim was as described and an excellent colour matchand good quality. The delivery was later than expected but I am sure this was down to the postal system as the item was despatched on time. Would definitely buy from this seller again
