The Power supply was DOA cheaply made smelled burnt when I open the box (garbage), there is no way to contact sellers after shipped as you can see in the photo sellers have it made right now. Ebay will not let you open a return until 7 days after you have received it. This was a $30 dollar lesson learned do not buy garbage.

Apple iPad 2 Charge and Sync Dock MC940ZM/A is an excellent performer
The Apple iPad MC940ZM/A Charge and Sync Dock is an excellent product. It requires the older wide Apple connector from a power source (wall wart or computer) and a 3.5mm to act as a charging source for the iPad. Note that this dock only works with the older vintage iPads that also utilize the wide connector. If your intent was to wire this to a sound system, then you must also supply a 3.5mm (1/8") stereo plug (same size and function as earphones) which will also plug into the dock. Whichever cable is chosen will depend on what device you intend to send the sound to. By example, if you are planning on hooking up your iPad with this dock to a home stereo system, then in most cases you would get a cable with a 3.5mm stereo plug on one end and a left and right RCA plug on the other. This is a great product if you charge your ipad on a daily basis. I set it up at night as my clock and it charges at the same time. My only complaint is that dock seems to be slow charger, so don't use if you need a quick charge. Cost was less than $5! Great deal.
