No Good at general carpet cleaning
My carpet is only three years old and as both my wife and myself are pensioners we don't have a lot of traffic. We decided to use this product to freshen up our carpet but found its cleaning power unsatisfactory. We could have used plain water and had the same result, even after using a stronger dilution. Also the deodoriser only lasted until the carpet dried. I have used this only once ,but it did a good job. I have a cat who is 19 (133)years old and he is getting incontinent so you can imagine. I was sceptical but I was nicely surprised how well it worked both in washing and deodorising would I recommend yes. I have only one problem despite all the rapping that was put on by the seller …. The curse of the courier still took its toll; a small crack on the corner of the bottle caused a slow leak. I have used this only once ,but it did a good job.
