    Useful replacement for a part no longer available from Dyson

    The hose is flexible and long (in fact longer than the standard hose for a more recent Dyson model). It arrived on time and the fitting instructions were clear and easy to follow. My only reservation is that it replaced the same third party manufacturer's hose that had split - albeit after several years' use.

    It looks different from the original but...

    It looks different from the original but fits just fine. Knocking one star off because it's all a bit super tight, although it is loosening off with use. The hose is a bit longer than the original. It does feel a touch thinner and flimsier, so my guess is it won't last as long as the original. But it serves its purpose.

    Fit & function is ok

    Not a genuine replacement but seems to fit & funtion ok - the flexible hose appears sturdier than the original. Yellow ends seem a bit inferior to original item, fit is ok but not sure how long they will last after numerous clipping/unclipping of the accessories.

    Very easy to fit

    Hi everyone this Hose is made for the Dyson DC04 clutch model the only thing I found difficult was inserting the extension wand into the plastic opening it was very tight,So I recommend using some Vaseline to assist in inserting the tube after a few times it works great You Don’t need a lot of Vaseline just a light smear on the wand and away you go.👍
