New freedom for Mum
Having looked about in mobility shops for a chair for Mum, seeing prices of 200 pounds +; it was great to buy this chair for half the price. The quality of the chair is fantastic, there is no building to do; straight out of the box and off you go. Having studied the chairs in the shops and this one, it’s difficult to understand why shop chairs are double the price? They are absolutely not twice as good. Usually I believe quickly comes at a premium and the emotional purchase of an item like this, would bend you to buy the shop price; after all whoever this chair is for you are going to love and care for very much and would want the very best for. Don’t be fooled! This chair is fantastic in build quality and value for money, in fact with the money I believe we have saved; I have taken Mum ... Disappointed
I have bought several of these. I expected this one to be as good as previous models but not so. It is much narrower and my wife seems to sit very far forward which makes it difficult to push. The front wheels are thinner than before and cannot easily overcome potholes and gratins. In fact my wife is not at all confident that she won’t be thrown out of the chair some day.

Great Lightweight Wheelchair
Bought This for my mother - great lightweight chair, with added bonus of the seat cushion. Easy to manoeuvre - kick pads on frame makes tilting to go up bumps easy. My mother says it is very comfortable to sit in, even for Iongish periods of time. Folds down quickly and easily, and fits neatly in the boot of car or behind front seats as it is narrow. Only thing that could be improved is if there was a way of keeping footrests in place when swung back for getting on or off the chair - minor issue, and I have been taking them off the frame to put the chair in the boot. Perfect to take my 95 year old father out and about (he weighs 75kg) Collapses easily and I can lift it into my boot without a problem. Sturdy, well made, cant believe the excellent price. Cushion comes free which is £20 on some sites. Next day free delivery... just amazing. Cant recommend highly enough.
