Bodytec Wellbeing spiky therapeutic foot and body roller is a great reflexology massage item. I'm very happy with my patches. I can easily spend an hour with massaging my feet. Aspecialy when I find a painful spot, which means it is stimulating scertain organ where I have some health issue. It has a little valve to inflate if ones prefer too hard. I prefer to have it slightly soft (still very hard to press with fingers) which gives me posibility to press on. It feels like I knead with my feet.

Good alternative to spiky ball
This is a better ergonomic shape compared to the spiky ball for rolling the soles of the feet. It feels robust but has some give & won’t roll away. Very happy with the product.
