Item was as described, but unfortunately it was too small for my suitcase. I contacted the seller and they were only too happy to have the item returned for a full refund. To my dismay though, the item had to be returned to China, NOT the Australian address it was sent from! I believe if an item was shipped from an Australian address, it should be returned to an Australian address.
