    good price for this stand, it is basic but functional and I might consider modifying it slightly, the thumb screws are a bit fiddly - totally functional, and maybe that way so as not to over torque? but I think replacing with wing nuts would be a simple way to make this stand even more useful, it will hold a complete PC motherboard with heat sink and fan but that is really putting a lot of faith in it, and completely level - any tilt and that is likely to slide.

    It's just arrived - thank you. It's way bigger than I expected and it's quite heavy and sturdy too - I'm very pleased with it. It holds pcb's firmly and will speed up my soldering quite markedly. Big footprint and good rubber feet too. Just for the E Bay ' watchers ' of this item - it's not a novelty or a cheap toy - it's nothing sort of brilliant tbh !! VERY pleased with this and wish I'd bought one sooner:-)
