We shipped the Antenna immediately after the Buyer purchased. PetMoods was never contacted by the Buyer regarding the time in transit that the USPS has their package so that we could look into it. The neutral feedback given by the Buyer is not fair. Feedback is meant to reflect the customer service of the Seller, not the USPS delivering late, which we have no control over. We hope that the Buyer removes or changes this unfair feedback
