cheap fitting for hardline adapter. was cross threaded and no help from customer service just said I sent them a bad photo when i brought it to there attention.

Asked buyer for clear photo of issue as we only sell new products. He failed to provide us clear photos to help us determine if it was a user error or factory error. Which it being a factory error is unlikely as the customer claimed the item was stripped.
