I purchased a Burberry scarf on May 30, 2023. Estimated delivery date was between 5-7 days, USPS 1st class mail. The package was delivered on July 4 but, since I had gone out of town, I did not receive it until July 12. The seller decided to go out of town after I purchased and paid for the item but didn't bother to mail my package before she traveled. The item was poorly packed and wrinkled, making it look used. Very unprofessional seller who offered no compensation for these issues.
