    Good value but not without some swallowing difficulty.

    It’s good value. I’d recommend it for people who has a larger throat capacity, if it’s such a thing, to swallow. They are thick and not easy to swallow. I generally can swallow 3 or 4 tablets/capsules in one gulp of water. This morning I had 3 glasses of water to down 2. They are not distasteful.

    Tablets too big

    I usually buy an alternative brand to these but as these are such good value, I thought I’d try them. However, they are huge and even when I break them in half I still gag and have trouble swallowing them. They resemble the texture of chalk which adds to the difficulty. Unfortunately I threw them in the bin

    Once a week is enough

    I usually order magnesium and Vitamin B12 from another company. I decided to buy a bigger quantity as it is good value. But two days after taking it, I felt nauseous and realised that the tablets are too strong for me. So I have decided to take one tablet per week except on a daily basis as I need them. I am a vegetarian so by body needs to be taken care off, nutrients wise.
