Ok, the old one was about 9 years old, but the running with the new one is so much smoother, no mis-fire, cough or splutter. Perhaps this review should say more about bad PM rather than the virtue of this particular spark plug. If you are thinking of changing you plug - do it!

Genuine quality product.
This is the resistor type but I would have bought the non-resistor type as price was about the same. This spark plug is recommended in the manual for my Briggs engine. Its installed and engine runs as it should.
