I don’t understand why the oil was sent to me in bits, I wasn’t expecting these. You should have just described the item as 10 ml in the stead of 30ml. I was expecting it to come in 30ml not 10 ml in three places. I am honestly not happy with this act, it can pull someone back from purchasing from you in the future cause they might take you as not being true to your word.

I am sorry you were not happy with this. The very first line in the product descriptions states: "30ml Size will be supplied as 3 x 10ml bottles". We send them in this way because you are then able to benefit from the lower price that comes with large letter post. It would cost £2.50 more is it had to be sent as a parcel.
