It fits, it works
Just fitted this on my Lexus RX400h. It fits although it is a little tight on the edges stretching it over the switch unit. The tool with it is a very useful bonus to save having to remove whole boot handle from the inside (although I still had to as one screw wouldn't move). All in all it fits and does exactly as it should.

Rubber Boot Button Cover for Lexus RX400h
Good quality rubber boot button/latch cover. Not as soft as original but perfectly fine. Only issue is the screws really need a washer to prevent them popping through rubber cover when tightening. I didn't bother and just did not tighten screws too much. Seems to be fine.
