The item is hand painted and therefore not perfect as shown. Unfortunately my package wasn't checked property and a vital piece was missing to seal the heart. As there were no instructions, and the vital part missing, this meant the ashes came out when the heart was moved causing considerable distress and upset. The seller was quick to response but due to the nature of the product i think extra care should be taken in ensuring all relevant parts are enclosed together with instructions.
