I ordered and paid for 50 envelopes, but only 40 arrived. They were very badly packaged in a box that was far too large and contained no packing. As a result the envelopes slid around in the box and every one was damaged beyond use. I contacted the seller and complained . he refunded my payment but cited that I wanted to cancel the order as it was damaged in transit and he would claim his insurance. He would not reply to any of my further emails. I would avoid this seller at all costs!
