However, I have a criticism about the inside slip pockets, they're not deep enough to take a smart phone, it sticks out of the top of the bag and it can't even be zipped up for security so I'll need to use up one of the other sections for it hence I'm dropping a star for a design fault. Apart from this I like it. Thank you 🙏

It had a bit of colour faded off from one of the metal strap fasteners and a slight crease towards the bottom of the badge design which isn’t a big deal as it’s not highly visible. Overall it’s a stunning bag, I got what I ordered. The gold bits are uplifting! Looks like good quality, I’ve worn mine a few times!
