Good product,seals well.
Very easy to use,the adhesive needs to be warm to provide good adhesion to brick. If weather is cold use a hair dryer or electric paint stripper on low setting to soften. To seal a lean too roof I cut the removable plastic backing along the middle of its length with light pressure using a craft knife and folded the flashband at 90 deg. I positioned the flashband against the brick wall and on the roof. Holding the flashband in position I pealed off half the plastic backing and pressed against the wall. Once it was fixed against the wall i pealed back the remaining half of the backing and pressed against the roof. Doing it this way enabled me to produce a very need finish.Very easy to use,the adhesive needs to be warm to provide good adhesion to brick. Very poor , very low adhesion could not get to stick to felt at all even heating product up did not help. May be ok if fixed horizontally and from above but would not recommend for anything else.

Waterproofing for dummies
I really like this stuff. With some bitumen sheeting and this flashing tape I managed to turn a useless gazebo into a useful shed. And I'm almost totally lacking in diy skills. We've had days of heavy rain and it has stayed watertight. Worth the money.
