    Worth every penny just saved myself £1460 at Mercedes main dealer. They wanted me to buy a new airbag £870 diagnosis£188 and fitting charge £160 per hour labour charge +VAT. Simple recalibration of drivers seat fixed the problem. Only took 15 minutes and airbag fault was gone. These scanners will put an end to dealers overcharging the public no brainer. Thanks

    MaxiPRO MP808 not a DS808

    The MP808 is a great tool. The add states that it is an upgraded version of the DS708/808, but according to the manufacturer it's not. I bought it as an upgraded DS808 and thankfully it helped me with my auto problem. Very fast updates. Quite fast in use. Still havent found a singel VIN code automaticly though. The price is very good. Saved 1.000£ by purchasing it on Ebay.

    Disadvantage

    With many cars let me down and impossible to upgrade or buy the software to make it work reading the fault codes description not understanding. Paid for update and never gets up dated unless is hooked in the vehicle and wait until other time you have chance to work in that typical system. When needed to do programming, adaptation, relearning resetting it will let you down most of the cases, not worthy to spend money for this product just for few thing to work.

    Handy size with lots of functions

    Quick set up for WiFi/Bluetooth and nice size of screen., handy carry case and mixture of leads. Updates are easy to download and quite a few functions to choose from. Only carried out diagnostic checks on 1 vehicle so far. But so far all seems ok, once I have used it several times I will have a better idea how it copes with UK/European vehicle diagnostics

    A great piece of kit to add to the box tool.

    A fantastic tool with a comprehensive armoury of abilities. It isn't cheap but I am pleased that I upgraded from a more basic model to learn with. The ability to force a DPF regen on a van that I own clinched out as many far more expensive models from other manufacturers wouldn't. Love it!
