1. We do not manufacture the shoes and so have no control over the quality. We provide as much information as possible with pictures so you can make your purchase decision. 2. The shoes were shipped via USPS the day you placed the order. The tracking number was listed right on your eBay order. Once we hand the package over to USPS we have no control over how long it takes to arrive. Bad weather plus a federal holiday probably had something to do with it.
