    Rebuild kit

    Bought this kit to do a rebuild. Vanos seals already been replaced with Beisan ones long time ago, but this time with all problems which comes with bad seals also came and rattle. What I can say. Top class kit, from rubber seal to needle bearring. Anti rattle rings machined perfectly, sits and feels inside like brand new one. All seals top class(recommended keeping in boiling water just before instsllation, to keep it easier) fits perfectly and snug like it needs to. Of course new bolts, caps and sealant are good adition. 100% recommended from BMW guy.

    SIMPLY THE BEST.

    This kit is the second product I have bought from X8R, I completed building the vanos system yesterday and I can clearly see the improvements in quality of the new components in comparison to the original BMW parts.     Best kit for the job

    Purchased this after doing some research into vanos troubles and glad I did, as not only were the pistons loose in the bores, there was play when attached to the cams. This kit from X8r was ideal, everything packaged well in individual bags to prevent damage, and instructions on their website extremely easily to follow, along with the video just to make sure I was doing it correct. Everything fits very well and hopefully due to the improved materials will outlast the life of the engine now. Extremely happy with my purchase, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others

    Great bit of kit. Really worth it.

    Perfect kit for if you have recently replaced your rocker cover gasket. Needle bearings and anti rattle shims are perfectly machined and the new seals seem to have made the difference. Engine feels more punchy than before. Definitely worth the effort. A+

    The title says it all

    I found the quality of this Vanos repair kit to be excellent. There is everything you need to complete the job including camshaft cover gasket and seals. I would recommend this kit to anybody needing to rid their car of the annoying rattle.
